It has been announced for the Catalina Festival at the former seaplane base at Rathmines 1hr drive (north of Sydney) this year that the HARS Catalina will be flying over the site.

Last year the HARS Catalina landed on the water and taxied in and saw over 15,000 people attend to see this unique event......but not this year so far.

Plans are still hoping to have a museum, hanger, a static Catalina and an operational Catalina at Rathmines for the longer term. Many things are need to to be organsied and sorted but everyone is hopeful they will be achieved.
