Don't know my way around too well, but if it was around lunch time yesterday out NW of YIP it was probably me.

It's a sweetheart!

Well, today I saw about 20 Piper Warriors, 20 Cessna 172's, five or six Piper Arrows, six or seven Piper Seminoles, a few Schweitzer 300's, a Saab 340, and coming back into GFK, I had to extend my downwind quite a bit due to a CRJ.

But it was a very exciting day for me, because I finally got to make my first flight in the Seminole. Fun stuff.

Glenn,
Spotted it both Saturday and Sunday. Beautiful!! I live NW of YIP at M-14 and Ford rd. Whoever had it up Saturday was having fun doing some tight circles about a mile north of me...the sound of that Merlin winding up made my day.
During the warmer months, I see Jack (or you) exercising the birds quite often....Usually I'm in the house or shop and hear them first and go running outside like an idiot....give me a warning next time and I'll paint a target on my roof for ya :D

Last Friday I saw Lady Jo, Ridge Runner, Kimberly Kaye, a P-40 (41-13521), and three T-6s flying around Sacramento's Executive Airport. Also saw a Beech 18, an unknown biplane, and a handful of Cessnas, Mooneys, and Pipers.

Took this picture from my front door yesterday. A true Zeppelin operated by Airship Ventures at Moffett Field.

A flight of four F-16's coming into Kirtland AFB (Albuquerque) when we were on a high right base to ABQ Runway 3 -- overhead approaches. Cool.
