Its not like it's Reno.
The prop showed up about 1:30 this afternoon.
We ran it about 4 pm or so.
We are already working on the removal of the engine from Princess to be able to install the Rousch engine.
If you stand still around here you will get run over.

Rich, congrats on the hard work. Is the Mustang hard to start with the prop in feather/flat pitch? I like the bikes inside and the Porsche's doubled parked out side. Thanks for the pictures and update...

The prop is in the high pitch setting for the 1st start after install. In the Mustang it is 65 degrees high. You don't notice it as the prop quickly changes pitch.
To install the prop you must index each blade to the 65 degree mark. The prop dome in this case comes set against the high or 65 degree stop. That way it fits together and everything is referenced to the same thing.
Back then everything had simple directions. To torque the prop retaining nut you have a 180 lb person hang from a bar 5' long.

Hopefully your pants don't fall down with all those fishing sinkers in your pockets Rich. At least if they do, NO PICTURES!

Congratulations on getting it running so quickly, did you have to assemble the prop as well or did it come back with all the blades in the hub?
