Ten years already... wow.
(On a personal note: I've lost two close friends to suicide in the last 18 months. Please, guys, if you're thinking of it, call 1-800-273-8255 and ask for help!)

I have never felt, such a sense of loss, for someone whom I had never met.
Never forget Gary.

Remembered. Saw "Ole 927 / Diamond Lil today and did think of the conversation I heard about Gary earlier this week. Thanks for the reminder, Brad.

Gary’s thread about the ongoing restoration of Ol 927 was so interesting and I know so very many of us could not wait for the next installment. I was SO lucky to have Gary on one of my flights into DFW and I recognized him while standing at the cockpit door saying my, “Buh Byes.” We chatted briefly and I’m so fortunate to have had the opportunity.
He is indeed missed.

That sums up what I was thinking when I opened the thread. RIP.

Every day that I go into my "War Room', I see the B-25 seat and the lower sump housing from Fifi that came from Gary. Brad, the hurt never really goes away, but fond memories help us along.
