Just read of his passing last Friday in Carson City, NV
One of the nicest people I have ever met. He owned several aircraft including 2 Mustangs Sizzlin Liz and Rosalie.........I had my first mustang ride with him in the late 80's. A few years later he told me to show up at an airshow in Yakima, WA and he let me ride back to Reno with him, after we put Rosalie to bed he drove me to the Peppermill Casino where I spent the night.
Though I did not run across Ted very often after that I felt so fortunate to have met him. He was a great guy that made some lifetime memories for a young warbirds fan.
Blue Skies and God Bless you Ted

Gary
