Hi,

I just purchased a JAEGER WWII aircraft cockpit clock from the grandson of the man who owned it. The man was an aeronautical engineer during the war and the grandson threw in these two items along with the clock. Neither the grandson nor I have any idea what they are. They are handmade miniature prototype parts for a plane. Made of aluminum, they appear to be either outboard fuel tanks or some sort of floating devices for under wing seaplanes.

I would greatly appreciate if someone can identify what these are from the enclosed photos and perhaps what model aircraft they could or would have ultimately appeared on, if any. The "D" size battery is for size/scale comparison.

Thanks,

Bruceharry
