Warbird Information Exchange

Helo all, hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's

My reason for joining is to see if anyone can provide me with some historical back ground on a AH-1 Attack Cobra # 70-15956 which for the moment is sitting on the deck of the Intrepid.

I recently located information, historical, on the UH-1 Huey [ 65-09839 ]sitting at the moment at the Niagra Aerospace Museam

Seems there are some avaition knowlegdeable individuals here.

I am disabled combat Vietnam Veteran who spent many a mission on and off Huey's in the Central Highland of Vietnam with the 4th Infantry Division and wear my Air Medal with honor among other medals. I also am retired from the US Army.
