See if you can identify the "cheese grater." In case the aircraft were to go out of control, the flight deck personnel could push a button opening a hole in the bottom of the aircraft to jump out of. The "cheese grater" is the chute they would jump down from the flight deck and out the bottom.

Any orange wiring or paint depict flight test specific equipment to differentiate it from production equipment.
