I would hazard a guess that the current situation in Korea is driving this, there is a great deal more activity from the VAQ's @ NAS Whidbey I've just had 20 minutes of comings and goings over the house.
Makes me sleep cozier!!! :wink:

Down here in Oregon I have noticed the normal North-South airline contrails have been contrasted by a unusual set of contrails heading West-- always a single aircraft (heavy)-- I started noticing this on Friday and has been a regular occurrence since...
