Because, as much as it may irk the French and Chinese, English is the defacto language of aviation ,and international commerce in general.

For a while before it was delivered to it's original customer, replica Me-262 White 1 had a 'REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT' pitot cover in Hebrew :wink:
