Lionair of Indonesia has placed the largest, by dollar amount order in Boeing history @ the Singapore airshow, for 200 737's, mostly for the 'MAX' version @ $22.4 Billion Dollars. Deliveries to start in 2017-
next question, where are the pilots coming from to fly them?
