This seems to be the most appropriate place to put this. I just uploaded another design to my Red Bubble page with this design.

Its available here: http://www.redbubble.com/people/warbirdwear/t-shirts/6722982-1-retro-air-race

To tell you the truth Im glad I got this design finally out, but Im not particularly fond of it. The three aircraft were drawn from separate sources and don't necessarily fit together in one design. Two out of the three aircraft can work more effectively together, but to me the three don't work as well. What are your opinions / thoughts? Would you rather see 3 separate designs with only one aircraft featured? Or maybe two aircraft together? Or should I scrap the whole thing and start again.

I am not an artist, but since you asked I assume you want a honest critique.
First the color of the P-38 looks strange to me, don't recall many lime green ones. Maybe that is a color on Croc shoes, or maybe it is a primer coat.
Next, you show the planes as if at the Reno races, with a pylon to the inside of the photo; yet only the red plane, perhaps a P-51 is turning left around the pylon. The other two look to be going straight or even turning right, doesn't seem to fit.

I thank you for the honest critique Bill! 8)

Un-artsy-educated critique follows...

On the surface it's a cool design. I like the feel of the idea...if that makes any sense. Air racing

I agree the that the P-38 color is a bit different which is fine but for airplane guys it may be important. The largest problem is like Bill said, the angles of the airplanes is wrong ...if you use three airplanes at least two of them should be the same or at least going in the same direction... I think. Two airplanes turning like the P-51 would be more better....They gotta be coming around the pylon to make the point. Sounds like I agree with Bill...yikes!

My 2 cents worth.

Since Zane agrees with me I change my opinion. The shirt is fine as is, could only be improved if Zanes neighbor, W, was shown in his hero days flying Air Guard Jets. That and perhaps a few photos of large magazine assault rifles and NRA stickers in the background.

Folks, if you can't tell, that was a joke.
