WAAAM acquires Ford Tri-Motor

Thu Nov 10, 2022 10:21 pm

Western Antique Aircraft and Automobile Museum in Hood River, Oregon acquired a Ford in Feb 2022.

It is a 5AT, N414H in Pan American markings.
The museum prides itself on flying many/most of its aircraft and is home to quite a few rare types...The oldest Boeing (a 40C) and Stearman among them.I

Among my favorites is a complete collection of WWII L-birds (and I think the training glider variants).

Oddly, it still isn't featured on their web page.
But there is an amateur video on it on YouTube.
