After a week of skiing in the Alps, I flew home from Zurich. Being a
little ahead of schedule, I managed to briefly visit the "Runway 34"
restaurant and the IL-14T on display there.

I have uploaded a few shots, sorry about the low quality, they were
taken with a Sony Cybershot.

Nice place BTW... friendly service and fair prices.

Cool restaurant. Being 6'4" tall, I hope those lower prop blades are rubber, for the tall guys...........

my kind of dining ambiance!! speaking of dining & warbirds.......... does tallichett still own / operate the 100th bomb group restaurants?? the cleveland ohio 1 just re-opened after having to be moved & a whole new re- build of the restaurant was required due to hopkins airport runway expansions / faa rulings etc.. i here the place is nice but no word on the quality of the grub. the old 1 was pretty cool before it was demolished too.
