Hi Eveyone- just found this board and think it is a place I will hang out quite a lot...

My model club had a large display at the Corsairs Over Connecticut event back in June- thought I would share some of my pics of the Corsair models we had on display- we had every major variant and the tables were packed with folks all weekend- a truly great experience for all of us...I have hundreds of pics from the event as well if anyone wants detailed pics of the Corsairs.

Nice display Len, please share more. Looking at the pic of the full size birds, one thing strikes me and that is the vast differences in the various representations of the blue!

I rem, ember looking at these models in the Vought tent along with all the paintings and other memorabilia...great job...it was a fun show (I came from Colorado to see it) and would do it again...and I plan on getting back there again some time and trying to find a way to get into the Vought plant where my gramps used to work....wonderful area and wonderfulshow!
